Packaging and cold chain
- Peptides ship lyophilised, a form that is stable at room temperature for several weeks. Store at -20 °C on receipt.
- In periods of extreme heat, thermally insulated packaging is used.
- Parcels are neutral and unbranded: no mention of peptides or of Celvive on the outside. Vials sit in fitted inserts.
Returns
Returns and refunds
Opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned.
Transit damage
Full replacement or refund for vials damaged in transit, with photographs sent within 24 hours of delivery.
Order accuracy
Full replacement or refund if the compound received differs from the one ordered.
Purity deviation
Full refund of the product and the testing cost if an independent HPLC analysis is below the certified purity.
