Celvive states that every batch is analysed by HPLC for purity and by mass spectrometry for identity. Batch certificates are not yet published online.

Name the compound and presentation, or the batch number on your vial, and ask for that batch’s certificate. Whether it can be supplied is for Celvive to confirm.

If an independent HPLC result is below the certified purity, the product and the testing cost are refunded.

Freeze-dried powder in a sealed glass vial with a navy flip cap. Stable at room temperature in transit; store at -20 °C on receipt.
QuickPen
Seven compounds are also offered as a pre-filled QuickPen. Fill volume and concentration are not yet published; ask support before ordering a pen for a protocol.

Before you order
How should lyophilised vials be stored?
For long-term storage keep vials in a freezer at -20 °C. For short-term storage of under three months, refrigeration at 2 to 8 °C is sufficient. Keep vials away from direct light.
Where do you ship and what does it cost?
Tracked shipping costs EUR 9.95 per order, by DHL within Europe. Delivery estimates: Benelux 1 to 2 business days, Germany and France 2 to 3, the rest of Europe 3 to 5. Destinations outside Europe are shipped with a standard tracked service.
Can I return a product?
Opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned. A replacement or refund applies to transit damage documented within 24 hours, to a wrong compound received, and to an independent HPLC result below the certified purity.

No. Every product is designated for laboratory research and in-vitro use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and our descriptions do not contain protocols, dosing or usage guidance.
