Request a batch certificate
No order is required. Name the compound and presentation, or the batch number printed on your vial.
The request is sent to our team by email, and we reply to the address you give.

Testing
- Each batch is analysed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to confirm purity.
- Mass spectrometry (MS) confirms molecular weight and identity.
- Peptides are supplied as lyophilised powder in sealed glass vials, labelled with the compound and amount.
These describe the methods Celvive states it uses. A method description is not evidence that a given batch passed; that evidence is the batch certificate.
Testing is per batch
Celvive states that each batch is tested separately. When you request a certificate, name the compound and presentation, or the batch number printed on your vial, so the request refers to one batch.

Vials damaged in transit are replaced or refunded when documented within 24 hours of delivery.
Order accuracy
A compound different from the one ordered is replaced or refunded.
Purity deviation
An independent HPLC result below the certified purity: the product and the testing cost are refunded.
