An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; Celvive may cancel or refuse any order.

Shipping times are estimates. Celvive is not responsible for courier delays, customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by the shipping and returns policy. Opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned.
