IGF-1 LR3 1MG
IGF-1 LR3 1MG | Long Arginine 3 IGF-I
A highly potent analogue of IGF-1 with a significantly extended half-life for prolonged anabolic research.
IGF-1 LR3 is a synthetic 83-amino acid analogue of human IGF-1. The “Long R3” modification (addition of 13 amino acids at the N-terminus and an Arginine substitution) prevents the peptide from binding to IGF-binding proteins (IGFBPs). This results in a half-life of over 20 hours, allowing researchers to study sustained IGF-1 receptor activation and its profound effects on muscle cell hyperplasia and satellite cell recruitment.
Research Benchmarks: Cellular Hyperplasia & Proliferation
- Muscle Cell Proliferation: Studying the recruitment of satellite cells to increase the number of muscle fibers.
- Hypertrophic Signaling: Investigating the activation of the AKT/mTOR pathway for protein synthesis.
- Nutrient Partitioning: Researching the enhancement of amino acid and glucose transport into muscle cells.
