To ensure maximum potency, we recommend storing all vials at -20°C upon receipt. During periods of extreme heat, we utilize thermal-insulated packaging to protect the molecular integrity of your research materials.

2. Discreet & Secure Packaging

We prioritize the privacy of your research. All orders are shipped in neutral, unbranded packaging. There is no mention of “peptides” or “Celvive” on the exterior of the parcel. Vials are secured in custom-fit inserts to prevent any risk of breakage during transit.

Safety Notice: Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on unsealed or opened peptide vials to ensure the safety and purity of our global inventory.
